Order Modification

Prior to shipment, Streetwear Chef reserves the right to amend prices on the website for the products purchased. To request a modification or cancellation of an order, please email support@streetwearchef.com as soon as possible. Please note you must reach out for change or cancellation within 24 hours. Once an order is placed, Streetwear Chef is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or canceled prior to shipment.

Shipping/Processing Time

The orders are usually dispatched in 3-7 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks (3 weeks if it is during a sale). All packages are shipped from our partnered fulfillment center in China and should arrive within 7-15 days for the Americas, and in other countries, shipping times vary from 7-21 days. Please allow for 30 days for the item to arrive after being shipped because packages can be stuck in customs since some countries are stricter on customs.

Lost Packages

We will take responsibility for any lost packages lost within our shipping country. Any packages that are lost outside of our shipping country must be taken up with your courier/local post unless you have purchased insured shipping. We can provide the contact information and tracking. If the package does not exit our shipping zone within 60 business days (because it was lost) after tracking has been posted out we will provide a full refund or reshipment.

If the package requires pick-up it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it. If the package address was filled out incorrectly the buyer is responsible for any losses that may occur. In the instance, a package is sent back to us the customer has the option to have it re-shipped at their expense. If an address is one that we are unable to ship to we will contact the customer and they have 7 days to provide a new one or a refund will be issued. This entire agreement is one the customer must oblige to regardless of your country's consumer rights since consumer protection does not hold on an international standpoint

Shipping Delays

In the rare event of a situation that is out of our control such as Covid-19, we will mention this on the page of our website and you as the buyer accept these risks.  Our shop will provide our best estimates as to how long the delays will last but we cannot promise any delivery dates during these circumstances. Once a package has been shipped out standard refunds will no longer be applicable; you as the customer must agree to this when placing the order.
